We asked Casey to build the extension to our family home due to our growing family requiring additional room. In the earliest stages from the original draft through to project completion we found Casey and his crew to be professional, punctual, hardworking, thorough and always willing to work in and adapt to any changes that had to be made along the way without anything being an issue.  Not only the build ran smoothly but all certification, surveying, approval and required documentation was taken care of along with the project management all the way through until completion by Casey himself.  For anyone building, renovating or extending, to achieve the result in mind to a high standard with a stress free, experience with the peace of mind knowing all aspects of the job will be accomplished I would strongly recommend Casey and his crew for any build.

During the past 10 years I have had four occassions to have the help that Casey Titchener provides. Initially, Casey as a qualified carpenter, constructed the frame and completed the fitout of a home I "owner built" in Gumdale. I was entirely happy with his work as it was of a very high standard. I was equally happy with his ethics, which were of an extremely high standard. We, my wife and I, recently decided to build again, and I duly approached Casey requesting he again help. By this time, he had obtained his builders licence, he suggested that I allow him to manage the entire project. We were happy to agree to this. Our new home (shown in the photographs), is just wonderful, we are extremely happy with this end result. Casey also constructed an extension for one of our four daughters. She has been entirely happy with his contribution. More recently, Casey has been constructing a very substantial home for my neice and her family. I persued her when she told us of her dreams and although she seemed to have a satisfactory relationship with a builder, she made contact with Casey and that together with my enthusiasm for him, has had him construct her new home.
